Privacy Notice (UK GDPR)
We process personal data of directors, PSCs and contacts to assess eligibility, match against lender criteria and arrange business-purpose finance. Lawful bases: contract, legitimate interests, and (for marketing) consent.
Data is shared with a lender only after your explicit consent and selection of that lender. A record of every recipient is kept and available on request.
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Marketing consent is separate, optional and unticked by default; you may withdraw it at any time and we maintain suppression lists.
Retention: application data is retained for up to 6 years to meet legal and complaint-handling obligations, then securely deleted. Contact us to exercise any right or request deletion.
