If you are unhappy with our service, contact us with details of your complaint and we will acknowledge it within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 8 weeks.

Because we arrange business-purpose, unregulated lending only, most complaints about this service will not fall within the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service. We will tell you if yours does.

We record and report all complaints and use them to improve our service.
